“I am 19 years old and graduated high school in June, 2008. I plan to attend Canadore College in September, 2010 to take a program in the health sciences field. I have decided to take ACE to further my education, take new courses and upgrade existing ones. My goals are to take the Biology course to upgrade my mark from high school and complete the Core Mathematics course. The thought of being able to take the courses that I need, and being able to work on them at my own pace and time, is the main reason why I decided to join the ACE program. ACE offers me a great opportunity to be able to complete the required courses I need to gain entrance into college as well as stay home with my young daughter until next September.”

“My goal is to become a successful student at George Brown College and graduate as a Practical Nurse. I believe that the ACE program will provide me with the academic upgrading I require in math, biology, chemistry and English in order to become a successful student. Taking these classes will help me better understand my career goal and help me plan my future if I choose to pursue another route. ACE Online seems to be the perfect fit for me. I don`t have the time to travel to an actual college at the moment and I am able to study and learn at my own pace.”

“I’m looking forward to upgrading my computer and accounting skills in an online learning environment. Due to issues with my mobility requiring double knee surgery, I have recently retired from farming and am now looking at the possibility of providing or helping with computerized accounting systems in the local area. I’m also looking forward to the interaction with other student in this forum and hope we can all accomplish our goals, however extensive or modest they may be. The level of satisfaction is always directly related to the amount of effort needed to accomplish a task.”

"L2L ACE Program is a wonderful opportunity for people who want to upgrade their level of education. Some people need to upgrade; some must before they can take the college course they want, others may need it for a job opportunity coming available and some people may just wish to further their education. Whatever the reason ACE has given everyone a chance to earn it without all the confusion."
